Science Symposium

A Platform for Scientific Curiosity
The Science Symposium at Soikholal Ideal High School is a celebration of innovation, inquiry, and intellectual growth. Designed for students from Classes VI to X, it provides a platform to explore scientific concepts beyond textbooks. With the theme "Empowering Youth for Global Leadership in Science and Innovation," the symposium encourages students to think critically, research collaboratively, and present their findings with confidence.
Students are grouped into teams of 5–6 and are assigned relevant topics in Science to investigate. Each team is required to submit a written project report, prepare a visual presentation on chart paper, and build a working model or demonstration. Through this hands-on experience, students learn the process of scientific investigation, improve their public speaking skills, and develop the ability to work together as a team.
The Science Symposium is not just a competition but a nurturing ground for budding scientists. It helps build scientific temper, fosters curiosity, and strengthens the problem-solving approach of our students. Our goal is to inspire a generation of learners who are not only knowledgeable but also capable of contributing innovative solutions to real-world challenges.
